About the Organization

The TAG Drug Task Force is a multi-agency law enforcement task force.  We are a major crimes unit that will focus investigations on drug traffickers, gangs, firearm traffickers, and Homeland Security issues. The process to form TAG began shortly after September 11, 2001.

TAG consists of deputy sheriffs and local law enforcement officers . TAG also enlists the assistance of federal and state law enforcement agencies in the pursuit of our mission.  TAG would like to improve quality of life issues by reducing crime in our communities.

Trumbull County is a county in the far northeast portion of U.S. state of Ohio. As of the 2010 census, the population was 210,312. Its county seat is Warren, which developed industry along the Mahoning River. Trumbull County is part of the Youngstown-Warren-Boardman, OH-PA Metropolitan Statistical Area.
